Open now, I guess they just caused more problems but closing them.

 
It's my guess the change in policy is due to complaints from the multi-millionaires living adjacent to the lake. Large numbers of lake visitors have been parking in their neighborhoods.

Just got back from a trip to WRL. Sunset Bay is open for business. Two of the four port-a-potties don't have padlocks on them. Hopefully, they will be serviced tomorrow morning. I plan to park at the Bay when I drive to the lake for tomorrow's Clown ride. Both #1 Clown and Kenny J have reported that other port-a-potties around the lake are available for use.
