Apr 20^th, 2015, 3:41pm Just got a phone call telling me my 50 year Cardiologist died of an apparent heart attack while riding his trainer. He was a very good doctor and very compassionate. Left behind 3 children. He was training for his first century.

Like was said earlier, enjoy your life while you have it for you never know when your time will be up...

For those who don't know, Kenny (kenbent6) was fairly recently hit on a country road by an old man driving an SUV. He took a licking and kept on ticking. His polished aluminum GRR, "Silver", didn't fare so well (no padding).
