I spent just over an hour riding in Zones 4/5 (150+ BPM), with 2 hours in Zone 3 (136 - 149), the rest of the time I was slacking.

Actually, the first control is Lynn Creek Marina at the beginning, so Blum would be the second control. But yes, it's 57 miles without a control stop. It passes a couple of stores, and I usually stop somewhere along the way, but not this time, which explains why I reached Blum before a few other riders.
