2006 Bacchetta Strada in size medium. Comes with the Euro seat or the stocker, I'll switch it out for you, depending on what you find most comfortable. The bike has Sram X.9 components are in great shape with low mileage. Chain measures .050 on the wear gauge, which means it still has plenty of life left. There are a couple of storage scratches and one low side fall on the left side, but no 'crashes'. Tires are like new, comes with two water bottle brackets and a spare tube.

All in all, the bike is in great shape. It's super fast, I've seen 30+ mph on flat ground with it and can ride with most of the road bikes out there with it. I'm selling it because I've ordered a Rans V3 aluminum to replace it with.

I'll try to post photos up later today/tomorrow. Email if you have any questions.

That's my bike.   I wasn't going to list it up here till I had photos and a detailed listing of the bike.        Freaking craig's list flaggers are knocking everything down today.    Everything is working on it, put 44 miles on it this evening. Smiley

Advertising it already,  I'm expecting delivery of a V3 in a couple of weeks. Smiley  Ideally, I'd like to have it ready to move when the V3 arrives.  I have all the parts rounded up and know how to make the Campy 10 speed shifters work on it now. Smiley

Brad, I'd like to have a look at it.  It might be a little small for me, not sure.  I measured my xseam tonight at 46", which Bacchetta says is close to the high end for the medium, so it might work out.  Let me know if it's convenient to get together some time.

Steve you'll fit on the bike fine, but you may not get as much recline as you want, and unless you also have long arms you'll also need longer reach handlbars, I bet.  Getting a test on someone's bike here would tell you for sure.  Have you thought about going up to Plano bike shop and trying it out?

Yeah, I've thought about going up to Plano to give it a whirl.  I may do that tomorrow some time.  I still want to have a look at Brad's bike to be sure.

Steve, sent you a PM, but not sure if it went through.  Kept kicking back an unable to open 1.txt message.     I've also sent you an email.   Friday afternoon would work.  I'm heading out to do a ride this morning, of course you're welcome to join us.  17-19 average over about 40 miles.   We leave at 9am from the Coppell Bicycles plus.

I do have long reach bars that I can put on the bike.

Photo of the bike:

Pedals, pump, phone pouch and rotorcranks don't come with it.   However, I do have the new, external bearing truevantive  Rouleur cranks to put on the bike.   I can probably round up a set of platform pedals if they are desired also.

According to Mark at PowerOn most of the Stradas are now going out with kick stands.  He shook his head when I asked him for the kick stand on mine and he made the above comment.

So Brad go ahead and throw in the pedals and kick stand Smiley

I have a set of Frogs available that I am taking off the GRR incidentally.

If I had any spare SPD's I'd put them on the bike.  All I have laying around are toe straps and platforms.       I like my crankbros pedals; I won't be in a hurry to let them go on the bike. Smiley

kickstands are just extra weight.  Of course, if it's needed to close the deal, I can accommodate.   Those who know me, understand that everything is negotiable. Smiley

Cool... locally, or otherwise?  Guess you changed your mind about it being your "keeper" recumbent, after all!!!!!!   What changed your mind?
