I look forward to seeing you and Steve! Hopefully much better weather than last year, still about the hardest ride I've ever done. Jeez... wonder if I could sleep on the couch at Bud's place the night before???? I'll probably be up for the 200K if the weather's reasonable... if it's 35F and rain, ain't no way... I don't mind a cold start, as long as the midday is 50's or higher with sunshine!

I've toyed with the idea of going out the night before, as there is a hotel right near the start. Still just a thought though. If someone thinks they might want to split a room let me know. I could take the train out to Ft. Worth after work and then ride from there out to Willow Park, looks like its about 20 miles or so, then reverse the process coming home, or bum a ride back somewhere into the Metroplex.

The only rides listed on LSR's site for the 19th are, indeed, out of Lynn Creek Marina. What ride were you talking about, Peggy? Is someone doing a permanent brevet that day out of Willow Park?

I'm glad you noticed the change. Steve and I still planning on doing the ride unless it's bitter cold or raining. Looks like we are riding at Lynn Creek Marina. The Stradas
