it is a Yakima Pick-up truck rack.
I still have the origonal documentation. It cost $85.52 in Dec 21 1998.

I have just put on a reciever hitch on my truck could any of the rack be used to make a rack for the back of my truck I want to make something that I could use to carry a new EZ sport that I wnat to buy later this month.  but if there is someone that could use this rack as it is give it to them or I would like it  as I said I might use it for parts  let me know my number is 817 -266-1430
