IC3 is going to be training folks to be able to complete the MS150 next May.  Anyone that can currently ride is welcome to come play

IC3 membership is NOT a requirement, nor is a particular belief system.  This is our outreach to the cycling community for the coming year.
 
We will be leading spin classes and training rides from (probably) January until late April, increasing the distances as we go.
