Title: 2008 MS150 training rides Post by DallasBikr on Nov 27th, 2007, 11:53am Howdy all... IC3 is going to be training folks to be able to complete the MS150 next May.  Anyone that can currently ride is welcome to come play :) If you, your spouse, neighbor or friend might be interested, please point them to this link: http://www.3nf-inc.com/IC3/MS150.htm IC3 membership is NOT a requirement, nor is a particular belief system.  This is our outreach to the cycling community for the coming year. We will be leading spin classes and training rides from (probably) January until late April, increasing the distances as we go. Thanks! DB
