I'd love to have a shell I could clamp onto the tica for serious high-speed runs. Who's in the mood to whip one out for me? It was just too much fun watching them tear it up at Xenia...

I have the skills, but not the space or equipment. My composite skills are a little rusty since I quit building airplanes back in the early 90s.

Removable fairings are a bit of a compromise between a small frontal area and getting the fairing sturdily attached. Also there is the problem of actual construction method desired, and how many copies of the fairing you want.
