Recently, the inflation head on my Pedro's Prestige floor pump has been leaking (or even popping off) when I try to air up my tires...  The o-ring seals are apparently worn out, after two years of use.  SO, just out of curiosity, I went to the Pedro's website, and saw an 800 number to call before I even did much searching for the possibilities of getting just the pump head replaced.
 
Customer service (Kate) answered, and after a brief part lookup, took my address info and said, "We'll get it right out!"    
 
I asked, "So, how much is it?"
 
"Nothing!  We back it..."
 
 
SUCH a deal....
