Park Cities 4th of July Parade
Jul 1st, 2023, 6:21pm

Wanna show off your TRIKE in the Park Cities parade on Tuesday???  Call Gary at 214 762 9565 or email him at garygibson@mac.com and let him know you'd like to join in!

From Gary Gibson, for John's Trikes & Bikes:

Hey JTB Paraders!

Looking forward to seeing your smiling recumbent grins Tuesday morning as we join the Park Cities' 4th of July Parade. Come fly your colors!

The parade starting point is near Highland Drive and Euclid Ave. in Highland Park. They want us lining up by 8:00 am. We’ll be behind the Park Cities People float on Highland just south of Euclid.  Look for the flags (and of course the trikes Smiley )

The parade will start at 9:00, ambling its way over to Preston Road, roll north to University Blvd, then east to Goar Park, for booths, refreshments and fun 4th stuff. JOHN’S TRIKES will have a spot near the Park Cities People tent. Come by, show off your trike and spread the word!

Plan to get there early, as parking will fill fast, especially around the start point. Parking should be readily available along the neighborhood streets. Paul Brown had a good idea - park up near Goar Park and then ride down to the starting point. It’s about a 9 minute ride according to Google Maps
