So, today was supposed to be my last day riding with the Clowns at WRL, but life came crunching in.  My car's starter bit the dust yesterday.  I was bummed, but thankful to God that it didn't happen in a less convenient place than the local bike shop.  
I do appreciate the forbearance on the part of most who didn't ask ad infinitum when I was going back to the school.  It's an oppressive environment for several reasons and to be reminded of it is injurious in ways one can't see when joking about returning there.
I will be back at the lake after work, of course, for the Clowns Night Shift.  Oh, speaking of which, there will still be the next best thing to the Tuesday and Thursday rides, the GDB Tuesday night rides at the lake with Paul Brown, and I'll make them when I can.
