Don't experience Raynauds, since my cardiologist changed my beta blocker dosage from 200 mg daily to 50 mg daily. Also, my feet don't get real cold anymore. Accordingly, haven't worn the liners in a while. If we experience a really cold winter, may wear them. They are very effective.
