Not that I have the time or money, but the thought of replacing the front wheels on the
road
with these
loopwheels
is stuck in my mind.

Install 3 of them and you would have the best curb climbing and quickest stopping trike around.

It would certainly be more all-terrain, buy using one for the drive wheel would take a lot of the responsiveness away.
