FYI - 311 App

Just as an FYI: the city of Dallas has a 311 App for iPhone/Android that you can use to report potholes, problem dogs, garbage in the streets, and whatever else might be a problem. You can use the camera on your phone to shoot a photo and the app can send the photo of the problem along with the report. It will also use your phone's GPS to put the address in for you, so you don't have to go looking for one.

Got that right!
There are routes I can't ride anymore because the dogs got too numerous. I think the owners got together and amassed them for the purpose of running out all the cyclists, and calling animal control is very frustrating! Smiley
