The Duane Evans Memorial Ride
Jul 12th, 2012, 12:33am     Tony Ward informed the forum about pba's member Duane Evans' accident and passing.  PBA is planning a memorial ride this Sunday at 8 a.m. Details can be found here: http://www.planobicycle.org/  
 
I will be out of town on Sunday, besides, I work anyway, so the Sunday ride is out for me.  I WILL be doing the course this Saturday, just for my way to show support.  Besides, it honors God:  Romans 12:15...  
"Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep."  
 
I will be doing the 24 mile route at a moderate pace.  Something like 15 mph.  By the way, I stop at STOP signs and at red lights, signal turns, and basically behave like a car when I ride and lead a ride.  Anyone want to do this, I will be saying a short prayer at 8 a.m., then starting out.  Details: http://www.planobicycle.org/

Last call. I will be at the Northeast corner of Coit, and Spring Creek in Plano.  If you're coming, be early to relax before the ride.  I will be praying at 8 a.m., then lift off.  I plan to arrive about 7:30 a.m. to greet the early birds.
