ok - I gave the old C'Dale some quality time..... I think I worked that out of my system at least for a little while.  I'm easily 2.5 mph slower on the upright and not nearly as aware of my surroundings.  On the upside, I now remember how many divider lines are pained in my neighborhood and my front tire isn't need of any changing after 45 minutes of staring at it.  
 
Oh - and my new Euromesh seat arrived with the Ventist pad today - got something to play with now!
