Weights are approx. 75 lbs. with options + 22 lb. motor and bracing + 7.5 lb. LIon Battery or 17 lb. NiMH Battery I don't ever use the LIon battery. It just doesn't have the amp rating (torque) of the NiMH. Typically, I carry one of my two NiMHs and about 15 lbs of additional weight such as my work boots, clothes, various accoutrements in case the weather changes and my bag with tool kit and spare parts. I weight 208 at the moment, so that's about 337 lbs. total. The chain from the motor to the crank came off this morning in the middle of my longest hill. I didn't have the time to fix the problem so I removed the chain and went on to work. The worst hill slowed me down to about 8 mph but I topped all the others between 12 and 13 mph so it may be heavy, but it rolls really nice. I think part of that is the weight distributed over three high pressure tires. It still comes out to about 10 lbs. LESS per tire than on my high racer.
