Here's a 100/200/300K that looks like it has pretty much nonstop hills and valleys, with an average grade of 4%...

Looks like fun - but it's in wisconsin!  I'm already working on summer plans to do RAO again if I can find a teammate and that'll eat up my summer biking budget.
