Both routes are on Bikely, there may be minor changes in them though, you may want to compare the que sheet to these.

While riding with Daniel & Sharon this past Sunday, we talked briefly about riding together. Bryan, I found a Willow Park 300k gpx file(for my Garmin) on Bikely. It looks like it was recently updated by George Evans on Jan.10.
