There are both short/long bars and short/long risers available. I have a large Corsa & CA2 and I still use the short bars and short riser on both, but I have the seat laid back pretty far. This means my shins clear by about 2mm *with* a half-inch spacer in the riser clamp, but it works very well for me. Note that the CA riser is I think 1 1/8" and the Corsa riser is 1". Also the short riser has a shorter 'reach' or length past the bend in the riser. Plus I use barcon shifters with a pair of Specialized P1 Overendz Bar Ends that I actually hang on to, so I don't really use the handlebar much for grip (I set the brake calipers back to match).  Maybe you might want a short riser and long bars???

I have PC&F looking into options for me.  We will see if they come up with any different options.

The short riser not only has a shorter height but has a shorter reach also. So if height is your only concern, the hacksaw option will likely work. Except maybe use a pipe cutter instead of a hacksaw for a far cleaner cut.

Correct - 'less forward'. My Corsa came with the long riser and short reach bars. They introduced the long reach bars after I bought mine. I later bought the short riser.  I looked for the old long riser to provide measurements for you but I haven't found it yet. The Bacchetta forum I think had a thread about this that provided measurements but you could just contact Bacchetta and they could likely give them. I'd say to get a precise measurment on the clearance you have fore/aft and up/down with shin clearance first. As I mentioned, with a 1/2" spacer added to the short riser, my shins clear by a couple of mm. It took losing a couple chunks of skin off my shins before I learned to deal with it. Still have a couple of shin divots left as a reminder. :^)

Great! Just in case... The CA riser is 1.25" OD, unlike the Corsa which is 1" OD.
 
And FLB, didn't mean to criticise, but good to hear about the pipe cutter. I cut the 1/2" spacer I used for the short riser from my long riser, back when I tried to do that first. The spacer wasn't past the end of the compression slot so it made a great spacer with its factory-made slot. :^)

I suspect the Giro has a heavier-duty fork & steerer than the Corsa. I know the Agio Riser is 1.25". I figure they were trying to match the Corsa fork steerer, which required a 1" riser.
