An excellent kickstand is the Greenfield "Stabilizer"

they're about $25, and either Plano or RBM should be able to get one for you.  They work with either disc brake versions or V-brake bikes (we have one of each type).
 
 
Regarding seatback bags, none of them are cheap...  The RANS bags run about $100+, and the Fastback Systems "RB" combination bladder holder and accessory bag (http://www.fastbacksystem.com/page35/page10/page10.html)
     is about $80.  But either works well.  
 
I have a RANS fairing bag (  http://www.shoprans.com/proddetail.asp?prod=BPAC0074)  that fits onto the "Chopper bar" handlebars that I will sell you, for $40  ($66 new)
