Minimalist Commuting
Feb 23rd, 2009, 11:01am

Of course it just had to be cold for my first try at this.
After a bit I decided on the 2850 cubic inch aerotrunk which I carried inside every commuting day.

and temporarily Dual Panniers and the aeropod till I got the aerotrunk setup on the Hurricane

A little over 6500 miles later I decide to give a go and rolling my clothes into a 88 cubic inch (11x8x1) neoprene netbook sleeve in an 706 cubic inch aeropod.

Of course I won't be dragging home my laptop in the aeropod but why would I want to anyways  Grin
Hm I gotta take a newer pic of the hurricane with the pump moved and airzounds mounted. So far in my first 1/2 commute no problems.
I may have saved a good lb with the smaller bag but at least the pod isn't above the bottom of my helmet like the trunk was.  If you listen to Kelvin though I may have lost some aero with the smaller bag  Smiley
