At your age, heck at my age or most our ages... riding a bike is a veeery good thing, and benefits our health greatly.I would like to see my doc ride 60 miles. His heart would explode in two minutes! I think the doctor just didn't like the heat or bikers who ride in it.

I was thinking that while Peggy, Steve, and I were doing a 200k brevet on a 107 degree day. But it is fun to challenge ourselves.
