Hi Bud,

I was avoiding an LSR posting because I didn't want to seem to be stealing from the Willow Park Brevets.

I'll send you a Cue tomorrow as it is on my work computer at the moment.

Take Care,
Nelson.

Nelson ,could I have an advanced cue sheet as well?

[Title changed to 7:30AM -- PB]

Hi Guys,

as an alternative to the Willow Park brevets I will be riding Ray's Spanish Fort Route, starting in Bolivar at 7:30 am.
Let me know if you'd like to join me, and I'll make sure I have cards and cues for everyone.

Take Care,
Nelson.

Linda and I would like to join you, it's a great route. It snowed on us last year, should be warmer this time. Thanks, Mark Metcalfe

If Mark joins us, casually suggest he ride the XStream!

you don't really need a cue sheet Bud. It's a big o' loop, and this is one route where you're 99.99999% certain to not get lost. The .00001% is in case of road closure.  But, I'm riding with a GPS this week!

Weather is still looking great for Saturday.

It's a simple enough route that even I can navigate it! Smiley

Given the abundance of good road, few turns, and hills, I'm considering trying a speed run on the course.  Might be fun to see how that carbent climbs.

Count me back in for this one, unless Terrie reminds me of something she has planned for us to do...  I've backed out of my GDB ride, this sounds like a much better offer....

Could I get the cue sheet in Excel form, pretty please, so I can make a "Large Font" version of it?

Now the forecast is starting to slip. Forecast for Saturday in Sanger says low of 36 and high of 58. Sheesh....

Nelson,

I may join you, too.  Mark told me this is a really pretty route.  Is the start time 7:30 or 8:00?

Welcome to the forum, Cheri! The start time is 7:30. For those who don't know Cheri, she is another of those crazy members of the Lone Star Randonneurs, and a very nice person. She isn't on a recumbent (yet).

It turns out that I am not going to be able to ride. Saturday has been made a mandatory work day at the dungeon where I work, so we can take January 2nd as a paid holiday day.

Hi Cheri,

look forward to seeing you Saturday, I've been a little under the weather the last couple of days so just checking back in.  Anybody who would like to come is of course very welcome.  I'll bring extra paperwork just in case there are any last minute folks.

Take Care,
Nelson.
