There is, indeed, a Stratus LE at RBM Richardson -- they've got it priced at $1450.  That rear 700 wheel looks HUGE...     However it looks like somebody clipped the top tube with cleats -- there's what looked like a large gouge out of the paint job, so you might be able to get $100 off or something...
