Looking to Buy Handlebar Riser

I have converted my USS to above seat steering with a clamp on flange. I am needing an approximately 18"-24" riser for the handlebars.
 
Any help or information greatly appreciated.

I just built one for my Fusion, what diameter do you need, and what style headset?
