OK if anyone wants to make some coro-gami panniers and knows the approximate size of what they will have to put in them I can show you how to make them.
Supplies-
lots of coroplast
mounting bolts to fit your rack brazeons
Aluminum bar stock, about 1/16" by 1" and twice as long as one pannier or 2 lengths as long as one pannier if you don't have a saw
Note this can be angle stock if you don't mind limiting the bottom of your panniers. Angle stock will provide slightly more support than bar stock #8 machine screws long enough to fit through 2 layers of your coro, plus the aluminum bar stock, about 1 per inch of pannier length times 2 panniers
#8 hex nuts, same number as screws
#8 washers, twice as many as the number of screws
contact cement
Optional aluminum foil for insulated grocery carriers
Box cutter
Needle nose pliers
Let me know and I'll do a class
