The ones I have in some corner of my workshop caused alot of discomfort where the tendons mesh into the foot on the outside. It is worth a shot but if the heal of your foot wants to turn in to compensate for the wider pedal location you'll still get chain rub and some discomfort to go along with it.  Sad

Well, I was able to move my cleats over about 1/8", and it seemed to help SOME at WRL last night... the grease spot wasn't as severe, and I rode without major discomfort, although I might have felt a little of the effect in my left knee after blasting around the lake with Mark.  I'll leave 'em there for a while...

Man, I've never had any problems like that. Your calves must be too large.
