is the course, and yes the pavement is slowly deteriorating, there are a number of gotcha spots now.  Kevin got a flat this last race.  I've flatted on a spot in the Northwest corner.  The new scary one for me is after the bricks there is a raised seam that would be unpleasant to hit.  Fortunately pretty much everyone knows the trouble spots and avoids them as a group.

  I haven't been on the track for a couple of years, but have been very tempted this year.  Kevin races out there, and I know by name and head nod a few others, who I also see at the crits.  I talked to Ray the last brevet about going out there for a development class and getting certified.

unfortunately I have a birthday party Sunday, and Friday night the 18th I'll be doing the Walk for Life, so maybe in May.
