Tour de Gruene / Time Trial
Oct 17th, 2007, 3:25pm

This looks interesting, on the heels of the Reclining Flyers recent activity....  Tour de Gruene has a 32- or 42- mile "rally" option, but also features a two-man time trial through a 27 mile course, that has people all the way from Cat I to beginners participating...   Top time last year appears to have been just over an hour... (!)

I'm game.  I wonder how the team aspect is covered.  Do both people do the same distance, or is it a sprint to the halfway point for the other rider to start?

I'm fairly certain that both rides do the whole course, and trade pulls, which is actually a TT, what we did at the TTTT was more a relay.

Take Care,
Nelson.

Yes, both go together, and the time is determined by when the 2nd rider hits the finish line...   Ya know, Greg, you and Mark Leuck paired up would kick serious butt down there....   Smiley
