I am moving into a smaller house, so this frame set must go.  It is a Performer high racer with underseat steering.  Included is the seat, USS handlebar, and frame.  I have a chain, derailleur, shifters attached, but I plan to keep those for future projects.  This is a project bike I purchased as a frame set a couple of years ago and never got around to finishing.  I have no idea what it's worth.  First reasonable offer accepted.

Sorry folks for not keeping this thread updated.  The frameset is sold.  As to Bud's question, it was a 700c frame, including the seat and fork, and crankset.
