On just past Skillman they have been putting in a new intersection heading west.
It has been blocked with yellow tape but somebody took it down so I turned off.
 
The concrete is in but the last flood covered it mud. It is still rideable but I can see where each rain would be a problem.
 
The trail goes back under Skillman into dense woods. then goes behinds Some apartments, Haven Lake apartments the first,  
 
It continues on 'watercrest Park", Lake Highlands Town Center then under Walnut Hill lane.
 
It ends at Whistle Stop Place.
 
A little under a mile it just provides access to White rock Creek trail for the many apartments.

Ok, so I looked at the map and I misunderstood. Access to White Rock Creek Trail from some apartments. I was thinking you meant connecting So Pac to WR Creek Trail. Not the case. So something i probably wouldn't utilize - the other choice for the latter is using Fair Oaks to make the connection.
