July 4th BE ride

I'm thinking of hosting a July 4th ride starting at the Bicycle Evolution. I know its a WRL clown day, but I'm guessing the lake is going to be packed solid. We can do something like the Tour 'De Plano route which gives us some good climbing at the beginning and some nice streets for the rest of the route .. this is a "double donut" route that puts the store back in the middle if you'd prefer a shorter route but also as a rest stop/potty break
