I’ve been thinking of a gravel bike, how do you think the TI would fair I that environment?

The problem with the Ti Aero and gravel is the tire fitting capability.  Even with 26" rims the width would be pretty narrow.  Something like a non 20" encore can take pretty nice wide 650B or 26" tires.  The Aero would be hard pressed to get beyond 28c or maybe a 32c but that seems pretty iffy.  But its a great riding fast bike on the road!  Addictively fast.  That said on one of my last rando rides I had to do about 2 miles of gnarly gravel with the 650x23c tires without issue.  Would not recommend.

Thanks for the honesty, I have no doubt of the road capability of the bike.  I own a CA2(for sale actually) and loved every minute I spent on it.

I don't think a Max of 28c is a deal breaker or even a negative. It's a fast bike not a gravel grinder.

Any idea on pricing for them? I have always liked the look of the Schlitter bikes and I do love a good 20 in front.
