This 20-mile ride began and ended at City Hall. The whole thing is well-organized and a pleasure to participate in. It fun to ride on Dallas city streets that have been cleared of cars. to pulls this off they shut down Main Street and four bridges over the Trinity River. It took a lot of cops to make this thing happen and they were out in force .. Every single intersection, major and minor was coned off and there was at least one officer standing guard .. Most had 2 or 3 and some had a whole gaggle of them across multi-lane roads stopping the traffic for the bicycles to come through.
