New 20-inch (406 ISO) 19mm rear wheel for sale

I bought a Wheel Master rear wheel with Shimano hub and 19mm rim suitable for 20x1.50 or 20x1.75 (406mm diameter) tires.  The problem is it's for 135mm dropouts and my Rotator Pursuit has 130mm dropouts.  The Shimano hub is for 8-10 speed cassettes.
I can't return it.
Price: $25 or best offer.  I'll ship it or drive it to you.
