They're doing a 30 mile route and a 50 mile route. 18 mph pace for the short ride, 18-20 mph pace for the long one.

Thank you, that's a good route, I've ridden parts of it before.

I was thinking of heading over there, but without a decent GPS route (PDF without a queue sheet, are you kidding me?) and having to wake at 6:30am to drive over there, its starting to seem like too much work.
