Looks like ya'll can make Serenity move along pretty good! When you really try, what kind of speed can you make on the flats?

Mike,

Kind of depends on the conditions and what's out front.  As the Captain, I tend to chase who ever is in front of me, (kind of a reflex reaction, like a dog with a rabbit), so Serenity has been known to get up around 20-25 mph on the flats, it just doesn't stay there long however!

Now going downhill, she really shines.

That clip is part of my home route.  Not far after the end is what I call "dessert hill" because after the trek down and back from Plano and other parts, it's nice to get up to 35 mph or so.  Do that area very often?  Does that route include chipseal?

Saturday's route was just Provine hill to Valley Creek Trail then over Wilson Creek to Tenn, and Cadence.  No real chipseal along there.

Cool! From the shadow pictures are you sure you are pedaling Vic? Smiley Good job. Looks like a nice area to ride.

The Camera is behind me. Not sure it picks up any images of my legs.  I guess it does at the very end, and yes you can see I was pedaling. Wink
