Told him some goes to each town but wasn't sure about any thing else. Does some go to the club for operating expenses? Just curious.

Yes, some goes to the club, but we donate THOUSANDS to local DFW-area charities, including the towns that help with the rally. We've been fortunate to have good weather and good participation the last several years - but just a couple of rainout years can really hurt the bank account...

I've never done a paid ride before, and I've only done one 100k. I believe I can do this! Now, I just have to find a sitter for my kids and make it happen...

I think I'm going to wait and see what the weather looks like. Lancaster doesn't look good and neither does Ataxia. I've gotten in some good rides in the last few days so I think I could do Lancaster but only if the weather doesn't screw it up. I was supposed to be working the Easy Street Road Show on Sunday but Mike had to pull the plug because of the forecast. Now, I'm free to ride but only if its not stormy. I hate riding in the rain.
