Terrie and I are looking into doing this one, for 50 or 62 miles...  We rode the south end of it ~30 miles back in May, and it's very nice...  I see the 62 has a 4-mile 2% climb - interesting......    Who's doing it this year, and is there a particular hotel we might all want to gather at???   We'll probably go over Thursday night, to tourista on Friday before riding Saturday...

This one has been on my list for a couple of years. Marked it down for this fall - hopefully I'll make it. Probably drive up Thursday also.

I have done that ride 4 times so far, the first was the 100k route and I kicked myself for not doing the the full hundred so the last 3 I did. it's one of the best rides of the year in my opinion, incredible scenery and a yes few hills, both the 100 and 62 mile routes do have a few steep hills along the way and a really stiff one that is maybe a mile at a 10%+ grade but I didn't think it was that bad and passed a few roadies on the way up. The Garmin indicated it was 3500 feet total climb.

Weather permitting I'll be there, it's a heck of a lot more scenic than the HHH. Only bad thing about the ride is it had to end

Alas, we've decided to not spend the $$$....   but if the ride north of the Bridge is anything like south of it, it's a GREAT ride...

Oh it is, all woods and even the chipseal is smooth. Looks like they changed the route again this year, 2 major climbs instead of 1 on the 100 mile route.
