Tuesday Poteet 6PM
May 20th, 2014, 2:57pm

I'm continuing to host a "more casual" group ride out of Mesquite Poteet HS, on Tuesdays, rolling at 6PM from the front parking lot on Galloway.  This is a "no drop" social ride, in that we roll as fast as the slowest person -- although we may split up, if needed -- the intent is for nobody to ride by themselves...   Sometimes we roll at 20, sometimes at 13-14 -- it just depends upon who's there!

Tonight, it's a bit windy, so I'm actually going to be out there on Terrie's Rambler trike -- so we WON'T be rolling at 20, for sure...

C'mon out, if you'd like some wind in your hair....   we'll do 20-25 miles, with a tailwind on the way back.

This is NOT the 5:30 "regular" group that rides from Poteet -- we roll at 6PM (or a few minutes before, if nobody's rolling in at 5:55)

Planning to ride the tandem tonight, if rain holds off...  6PM rollout from Poteet, 14-16mph rolling speed for ~25 miles, one stop.

Should be decent tonight, although a bit breezy...  c'mon out, rolling at 14-16 into the wind... no drop, with cutoff options.

Getting very little participation from GDB eastsiders on my 6PM Poteet ride -- so let's make it a Recumbent Ride...  relatively casual pace (14-16 rolling pace), no drop, avoiding most of the nasty hill sections, ~25 miles total.  Anyone care to join in this Tuesday (8/5)???   6PM rollout from Poteet HS, on Galloway.
