DFW MS150 this weekend!
May 1st, 2014, 10:10am

I couldn't find the earlier post from another user about the MS150 to bump so I'll make one last shameless plug before the trek this weekend.
Donations are appreciated:http://main.nationalmssociety.org/goto/sstracener2014
86 miles Saturday, 65 miles on Sunday.  Wish me luck!!  I'm riding with the Plano Cycling team this year.

Good luck, Shelly!  Watch out for the heat--we're not acclimated.

No kidding.  Lots of water, easy pace, breaks when necessary.  Last year it was 42 degrees when I started each day.  This year it'll be 65.  O_o

I have yet to find time to do a full write up!  I actually drafted one and then accidentally reloaded the page and lost it.  Sad

I thought I heard someone yell for me from that rest stop!  I actually waited at the side of the road about 20 yards up from that rest stop to see if whoever called my name would come by but I was convinced they must have been yelling at someone else because I didn't know any other recumbents who were riding.  Oops!  Sorry about that!!

I did make it through both days.  I'll post a full write up with pics tonight hopefully.  Smiley
