I've got a pair of Keen Commuter III sandals, that are a bit too long for me...  I bought them last summer, and used them sporadically -- and the base has been carved out to allow the SPD cleats to be moved all the way to the back -- I like them, and the III has sufficient width for me, but they're just too long for my feet.  Shoe size 11
 
Very comfortable, nice sole support, and very nice to walk in, too... but they're for sale, $60...  I'll even pay shipping...
