Too many bikes....  I've decided to put the silver/gold XS26 up for sale...  $1,100 plus shipping if applicable.
 
Configured with X9 shifters, 52/39/30 triple, TCycle crossover idler, and BB7 disc brake on the front wheel to avoid any crank/brakearm interference.  Includes Greenfield kickstand, original Hoagie seat with seatlock block, but no seatbag.  Handlebars are the HR3Way, with riser cut down for good sightline visibility and yet, minimal leg interference in turns due to the wider spacing of the HR3 grips.  Brake levers have some scratching, due to a couple slides over the years.
 
Really pretty silver/gold fade metalflake paint scheme helps make this a unique machine...  Comes with 559 wheels - very versatile, able to accept tires up to 2" width - so it can be a speed bike, or a night/trail bike!  Shown here with 1.75" Marathon Plus tires.  650c wheels also work.
