Proposed Ft Worth Ride
Oct 23rd, 2013, 5:15pm

I've been thinking that we need to start a weekly on the west side of the metroplex.  I would be willing to establish a couple of routes of various distances that could be used but need to know what folks would be interested in riding.  All routes would start just off 35W and Heritage Trace Parkway(exit 61(i think)) at Bonzai Cycle Werx. There is adequate parking there, a convenience store, subway and a new cat trike dealer.   The ride is not sponsored by the shop, please understand that, its simply an easy location for folks to gather.  I ride this area often and can easily do 20-100 mile rides in low traffic areas, for those who rode the North Texas Bicycle Rally last year the 100K and 50 miler traversed some of the roads I have in mind.

If interested please respond with distance preferred so I know where to start.

I can ride Saturday mornings.  I am in southlake, so can meet somewhere in the middle like knobbies and slicks or the cottonbelt.
