Wow, that's a heck of coup. Smiley I'd be interested in taking it for a spin myself.

Said deal was, indeed, brokered...  Dave Rothgeb drove up there, and worked a trade for his Ti StratusXP, and with a bit of extra cash, brought back the Carbon Xstream....   and two Trizards, to boot!!!

After a bit of tweaking, we took the CX out and rode from his house to WRL for a shakedown cruise, with me on the Xstream26.  Let's just say I don't think I'll be dropping Dave on the hills any more!!!

He likes....  I'll post a couple pics soon.

The Trikes:

La Machine -- overall weight 23 pounds.

Carbon fibre reflecting in the sunlight...

Disc brake on back -- there's really no good place to mount a V-brake...

What's the story on the two Trizards? Did they accompany the X-Stream down from Hays?

Third question: Is Dave building another garage to store all of his recumbents?  Cheesy

They did, indeed...   Dave liked them when we rode them at the Rally, and is thinking about one for his wife, and the other for a friend going through some medical/rehab issues...   They need a bit of tweaking, but they're fun!!!   I think they were the last ones RANS had, since they stopped making them last year...

Yeah, the garage is pretty full!!!!!
