Tour d'Italia
Jun 15th, 2013, 9:09pm

Did the 40-mile route on the Tour d'Italia on my mostly-faired Rotator Pursuit.  (Yeah, I'll change my avatar soon.)  NWS predicted 40% chance of rain, but I never saw a drop.  Dunno where the rest of the 'benters were.  I saw a young lady on a high racer, but that was it.  It was a nice ride, if humid.  At least we had a tailwind on the last half.  Had a 15.5 mph (rolling) average, better than most of my 13-mile morning training rides.  May have something to do with that wedgie up ahead I want to pass. Smiley

Nice! Sorry I missed it this year. I think I saw you there last year (year before that?) with the Rotator Pursuit when I was there on my Musashi. Hopefully I'll make it next year. It is a nice ride. Sure would like to see a pict of your mostly-faired Rotator Pursuit!
