Nope, still can't cross. The project probably won't be completed in any of the Clowns' lifetimes, but maybe your's, since you're only 31.  
 
Also, the concrete Trail has been torn up North of the commercial building located next to the golf course. The detour is through the grass and dirt, and is pretty much impassible after wet weather. If the weather stays good, shouldn't take too long for new pavement to be placed.
