I wonder what kind of punishment those charges brings........I'm guessing not a lot. Glad to see they are at least attempting to do something about it though.

I've been nearly sideswiped and had someone cut off a whole group of cyclists with his trailer on a road like that, but to sit there and lay on your horn for 5 minutes while following way too closely....that is pretty ridiculous. Did he really not have anything else to do??

Yay! I saw that video before, and I'm just elated that there was action taken by the authorities. This cannot be allowed to continue. Here's proof that you shouldn't listen to the police who say, "We can't accept the video", (as I have been told), "because it can so easily be manipulated." Police like that are a danger to, not a protector of the public.
